Open access and the MedOANet project will be the subject of a panel session at the forthcoming 4th International Symposium on Information Management in a Changing World (IMCW2013, http://imcw2013.bilgiyonetimi.net).

The symposium is organized by Hacettepe University Department of Information Management, one of the MedOANet partners, in cooperation with Limerick Institute of Technology and will be held from September 4-6, 2013, in Limerick, Ireland.
